Finally, after considering every possible reason not to depart, we left the comfort of our spot at New England Boatworks bound for Nofolk Virginia.

We have enjoyed our stay on the Chesapeake and made many friends while here. Having cruised both shores as far north as Annapolis the appeal of this area as a most wonderful cruising ground has been confirmed. Bay Point Marina, at Little Creek, has been a terrific place to stay.

What's next? Hard to say.
